So I ordered the caps on the site and made an appropriate comment, explaining the disappointment of not being able to instantly test the machine with some samples. Nespresso has answered in the wake there is failure and we should find in the package something to make coffee at unpacking.

I do not know why this has occurred but it’s disappointing, commercially, whether Nespresso or Amazon.
Nothing to say (as usual the rest) about the service amazon.fr (time, money … etc)
By cons, what a disappointment by opening the package!
But where is the “welcome package” that all my friends have had when buying their Nespresso …
