The product conforms to its reputation, the cafe has a real taste of coffee, and the variety of types allows everyone to find their preference.
A special service return from Amazon, which referred me 4 days a new Nespresso (first damaged in transit) with a share in charges and without any accounting problem (one invoice). Bravo! No discontent possible in these conditions.
A delivery time of 72 hours after placing the order, with packaging intact and robust.
The coffee is great and works perfectly.
In short, total satisfaction.

I chose to go to Nespresso, even though I was reluctant to use this system dependent. The good returns I have decided to spend it. Today I received my machine, beautiful and everything.
Yes, but in the package, not even a capsule to test!
So I ordered the caps on the site and made an appropriate comment, explaining the disappointment of not being able to instantly test the machine with some samples. Nespresso has answered in the wake there is failure and we should find in the package something to make coffee at unpacking.
I do not know why this has occurred but it’s disappointing, commercially, whether Nespresso or Amazon.
Nothing to say (as usual the rest) about the service amazon.fr (time, money … etc)
By cons, what a disappointment by opening the package!
But where is the “welcome package” that all my friends have had when buying their Nespresso …
No caps and no glasses ….
Know the short, which you will command:
coffee is naked in its simplest device!
