Great coffee!
The timer setting is great...we've never had a problem with the machine. It certainly is a good cup of coffee.

No good!
Has a timer, a digital clock - and I can read it (see next review), makes a good coffee, but doesn't keep it hot for long. And a pot broke in 2 month, when i was cleaning it.

Not Worth It
The price is reasonable, and it makes coffee. It has has a timer which allows you to make coffee the night before. The lid is attached to the pot and because the opening isn't large, it makes it difficult to clean the pot. The space to fill the reservoir is about an inch on each side, and makes it difficult to fill. I don't believe the warmer keeps the coffee has hot as previous coffeemakers (and there have been many). They just as easily could have left the clock off, because you simply can't read it. The filter is difficult to clean as well, and because of it's odd shape, there don't seem to be any gold filters available that fit this coffeemaker.
For years this household was a big fan of West Bend products. They used to be of high quality. But it seems they've gone the way of many other manufacturers, and most of their products just aren't of good quality or reliable. I think an inexpensive Mr. Coffee would do a better job. Not impressed at all. Edit: After just 3 months of use, this coffeemaker is finished. It leaks all over, doesn't drip properly into the carafe, and is headed for the garbage.

Could be the worst coffee pot ever
I bought this via amazon for the price, stainless steel, and programable features. The upper handle clip broke in a month. West Bend had no replacement clip and put me on a waiting list. When there was coffee all over the counter this morning, I went right out and threw the whole thing, with still hot spilled coffee, right in the trash can. I went to the cellar, and got my old no feature procter silex (under a sawbuck at target) and made my morning coffee. Only those wishing personal agravation should throw away their hard eraned money on this landfill junk.
