Really, it is just a coffee maker, but I got this for my tiny cube and I am so excited.
First of all it just makes one cup of coffee and then it turns itself off. This is great because I worried that I would burn the entire office building down if I forgot to turn it off. The coffee seems fine, I am not a coffee snob. It works great! |
Great Improvements

This new model one cup coffee maker has many improvements over the original model - and works absolutely great.
Improvements include a deeper seating for the coffee grind holder, a new lit on button which doesn't require any push force, pleasant design, and it holds almost any regular size coffee mug.
I have been using it daily, for two months. Great value. Shipped from Brookstone, so it was not as speedy as one would expect from Amazon - but acceptable. |
Easiest cup of coffee ever!

| This is a newer, more attractive model of the one I have been using for years. It takes me ten seconds to put in grounds and water and about five seconds to clean out the permanent filter after the coffee is made. If you don't pile grounds to the very top of the filter, it shouldn't leak. Great, easy cup of coffee for one! If I want a second cup, it just needs to cool off a few minutes first. If you can't wait even two seconds for your first cup in the morning (and I used to feel that way), this is not for you - you'll need one with a timer - but I have found I can deal with the three minutes it takes for the machine to make that cup in exchange for the ease of use, easy cleanup, and reliability. |
Too restricted

| A nice looking one-cupper. Works well. However, it is designed to use only the cup provided. The cup provided is a little small. My old one-cupper could use most any coffee cup or mug. |
Great gift for Mom's office

| I bought this for my mother for Christmas. She forgets her coffee at home most mornings, and since she works by herself, this coffee pot is perfect for her to keep at her office. It is compact enought that it doesn't take up much space, and it makes a great cup of coffee in only four minutes. It was easy for her to set up and, so far, she is really enjoying it. |
