Great machine, 4 years without needing any service
After faithfully and quickly brewing 11,000 cups for 4 1/2 years, and saving me thousands of $$, my machine developed a small water leak. The total repair bill was 0 for a new steam valve, brew group and grinder - with the last two items being needed as ordinary maintenance after so much use. I sent my machine to Turnpike Appliance in Bay Shore, NY 631-665-8311 - recommended by the Bosch 800 #. They had it all fixed and back to me within one week. Great service, and a reasonable price.
good coffee, reliable machine
After about 3 years of owning this machine I it still makes good coffee.
It's easy to use and maintain. The supplied picture instruction booklet makes cleaning, a complex process, painless. The water container is a little small, but that's understandable for a fairle compact machine.

Morning coffee
I have had one of these machines for about 3 years and have now just bought a second one. I keep one in my condo in Florida and one at my home in New Mexico. The coffee grinder in the NEW one seems to allow the whole coffee beans to drop down in the grinder with no "assistance" from me. I tend to have to push the beans in the "hopper" with my fingers, forcing them in the grinder on the first machine. I didn't mind this because the end product is so delicious. I have five adult children and when we get together that thing is humming all day long. It is not the size of appliance that you haul around just anywhere, but when I travel by car, I put it in a large laundry basket and take it everywhere I go! That's how the first Bosh machine ended up in Florida . . . I drove there and flew back! I can't find a thing wrong with these devices . . . neither one of them ever skips a beat.

I have used this coffee maker daily for 16 months. I would buy one tomorrow if this unit failed. I do not enjoy "Mr Coffee, coffee any longer". This unit is very easy to use but is more expensive to operate than I had first thought. The water filter needs changing every month along with a cleaning (with tablet), seems descaling happens every three months also. Filters are + and descale is over each time. Everything is based on the coffee cycles. That being said the coffee is excellent.

Best coffee I ever had. Definitely worth the money. It ’s a great camera and takes a lot’ of counter space, are saying is a commitment! My only complaint is that coffee does not seem to be running pretty hot. Are still refining. It may be me. Morning coffee is a good thing now! Rating: 4 / 5
The espresso machine Bosch Benvenuto B30 is OK, although expensive, and not a particularly good cappuccino machine. I owned one, Jura and Saeco Saeco Bosch now makes the best coffee but lasted only two years replaced by the Jura, which drove me crazy with her washing, rinsing and cleaning cycle requirements, but makes good espresso and cappuccino: then I changed the country and the tension so that I bought in the U.S. Bosch. It also has a rinse cycle annoying, but unlike the Jura does not seem to wash the coffee brewing black coffee is allowed to drain after the rinse cycle. It does not seem to be a way to remove the aluminum casing and nozzle klunky for cleaning, so I expect one day hamper and get stuck. The boat is twenty to thirty seconds to produce steam, without waiting for the steam. (In other words, the steam wand is activated when the switch is turned to steam symbol, which means water condensation dribbling before finally produced steam). The position of the tip of Rotary hot water is recommended to be discovered in hot water and “milk foam, but the spearhead of objects (bottom) in steamed milk. I tried the two positions and found no difference in results . The manual emphasizes the tip of the wand to remove (a coin) every time it is used and all pieces are dishwasher safe, after running a thin wire through the nozzle to get rid of all milk encrusted. I researched and bought the Welcome Express 30 beyond one year. As with many products, I was delighted with the change of simple format. So now, one year and two months later and I still enjoy this acquisition. It ‘been the first to get directions to my relationship favorite espresso: steamed milk, but once discovered, Welcome 30 was the perfect service that TTE-Ahhhhhh-every time since. I find when I’m in town, I drive from Seattle Best or Starbucks, etc. Now, some say the tank is not big enough. This is not a problem that interferes with my routines. Perhaps these people are the sweetest single cups of coffee — I do that, inter alia, Big Ben is pretty good. The only drawback I see is the length of time required for cleaning and descaling cycles. . . But cleaning and descaling can be done when it’s convenient for your schedule. It can drag on for cleaning and softening for some instructions to empty the bins or add a tablet. Minor Points — – Why is nettoie.Pour beautiful synthesis. . . . Big Ben is worth $.
