| Pricey, but very good quality and taste - as with any Illy coffee product. These pods are so convenient as long as you have a compatible machine. The crema is less than if you were to use regular ground espresso, but I believe that is the case for any brand of pods. |

| These are perfect if you don't want to take the time of the normal grinding/tamping/cleaning up. Just wish they made a double shot version. |

Illy Cafe Medium Roast ESE pods is still my favorite with a strong fresh ground & unburnt taste. I have tried Starbucks, it has a burnt taste (common with dark roasts). I also use Lavassa Gran Crema ESE pods which comes in a close second with it's nutty aftertaste & very good crema - better & more consistent than the crema from Illy's.
It's very high cost is the only drawback. |

I have a basic Cuisinart espresso machine that I normally use with Starbucks espresso pods. I saw the Illy tin at Wegman's and decided to give them a shot (no pun intended). Unfortunately, what I discovered is that these pods -- as is -- do not work with my espresso machine. The resulting shot looked like tea. I was somewhat annoyed as the tin doesn't say much of anything that is helpful, but what I eventually tried was cutting the excess portion of the wrapper off so that it looked exactly like a Starbucks pod. It worked perfectly and produced a great shot with lots of crema.
I am drinking my latte now, and while it is good, I wouldn't say it is any better than my normal Starbucks-pod lattes. As the Starbucks pods are much cheaper (and easier), I'll be sticking with those after this tin. |

| Tried these pods on my Breville with pod adapter , hardly no crema , no caramel color during the shot... lame... I guess I'll just cut them and take the grinds and make a normal shot... way to expensive.... I tried several and not one shot came out right... I tried loosening the pod , I made sure it was right side up.... every time the shot sucked. I have the fancy breville with the two buttons on the right and moveable wand on the side... will not buy again... |

I am an addictive of espresso and coffee quality is supreme Malongo, compared to only Nespresso. I give 10 stars if they spoke cafes same but here is the machine are discussed. She has many qualities, easy to use, not heavy, quickly prepared, and has some ‘defects’ that surprise me and have not been mentioned before I comment. We can not warm the cups (unless you use the water ‘dear’ already filtered), is my absolute need for a good espresso. If the very small container for determinations worn is filled (with only 5-7 pods), the next packet gets stuck in the machine and you have a good crap to go out and clean everything. There is no small signal to announce that assays are worn to empty. I have many visitors and my husband and I drink lots of coffee, so you have the ‘dump’ happens at least once or twice a day, otherwise I ‘lose’ coffee because once the portion gets stuck, you can not reuse it. The bucket of water is rather small too. I do not like spending extra for Brita filters, which cost (too) expensive!
Having said all that, I have nothing to complain about the quality of coffee is ‘next to none’ (sublime), there is a huge selection and if you buy directly on the site Malongo, you pay no more than max 30c per serving. The Decaf (water) is beautiful and I have not had such a good decaf espresso for years and now I drink espressi still late at night! Their coffees and ephemeral bestsellers are delicious …. BUT I would anyway not agree to pay the price ‘normal’ for this machine. I have one machine that I bought in Switzerland can also use these pods and I do not know if I will invest more in a model ‘Oh Expresso’ or ‘Ooooh another’;)

perfect system for people like myself privileged quality over quantity
there are capsules for all tastes on the Nespresso store between 33 and 35 cts the dish so much fun!
by cons after the phone had krups nespresso And it is abnormal that this coffee maker is no book without cups and 12 capsules welcome.
cups and caps are in the output of plant krups but not n arrives at the consumer who uses MEANTIME?
Nespresso coffee maker at the right price of 149 . Nothing to say.
In the package, there’s just the coffee but the cardboard packaging announces 2 cups and 6 pods which were absent. Without regret, because the market price is normally 199 .
Finally, this model is not the cup warmer.
